What happened to Yardley Day Spa?
1)  Yardley Day Spa was rebranded as karma Hair Design and Wellness in 2023. We are the same great full-service salon and spa, with stellar staff. We just have a new look and name.

2) Can I still use my Yardley Day Spa gift card? Yes! We are still the same business and all gift cards will be honored for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Payment and Gratuities
1) Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and personal checks. Returned checks must be paid in cash, including the current returned check fee. Returned checks will result in cash or credit/debit card payments for future services.

2) What about Gratuities? Gratuities are very much appreciated for the standard of service we provide. We do not add tips to credit or debit card payments or Gift Cards. Please bring cash for your service gratuity.

3) Payment in advance or free services for charities are not already covered by a gratuity. Please keep this in mind for the day of your service.

4) Payment in advance for gifts to a friend or loved one will be completed by credit or debit card, which will be kept on file. If the service is upgraded or downgraded, the additional charge or refund will be applied at the time of checkout. As stated, gratuities will not be applied and cash is recommended.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment. Our staff is committed to providing you with excellent and on-time service. Your reservation ensures you the time and full attention you deserve. We may have turned away one or more clients who would have benefitted from that time. Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in a charge for 50% to 100% of the service. This charge applies to holders of gift cards as well. Guests who cancel regularly may be denied future service.
Policies
1) Do I need an appointment? We are a by-appointment establishment. While we can take some same-day appointments during the week, we are usually fully booked on Fridays and Weekends for most services. Massage is typically booked out a month to 6 weeks in advance but a waiting list is available in case of cancellations.

3) Minors (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the service.

4) We require paperwork prior to your first appointment for most services. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time for your appointment after your paperwork is completed.

5) Our technicians expect our guests to inform them of any  relevant changes in health, recent changes in health, recent surgeries or injuries, or new medications, or diagnoses.

6) karma is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items
7)Use of karma's equipment and professional appliances by our guests is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, blow dryers, flatirons, towel cabbies, facial instruments, products.

8) Sexual advances, comments, or rude or violent behavior is not tolerated. Appropriate action will be taken.
